Hamilton, Ontario – August 23, 2011 – Whitecap Canada Inc. is excited and pleased to announce that after a thorough and extensive RFP process, Horizon Utilities has chosen Whitecap to completely redesign and redevelop the utility's web sites using SharePoint 2010.

Horizon Utilities Corporation is one of the largest municipally-owned electricity distribution companies in Ontario, providing electricity and related utility services to 237,000 residential and commercial customers in Hamilton and St. Catharines.
