Challenge
UCFP was in need of a corporate intranet application to allow the organization to operate in a centralized fashion across its offices across Canada and North America. They required a solution for collaboration and document sharing across the organization, but had limited time and a modest budget for implementation.
Solution
Whitecap worked with UCFP to rapidly develop and deploy a system based on Windows SharePoint Services 2007. By leveraging SharePoint’s powerful built-in functionality and making a few enhancements, Whitecap was able to meet the needs of UCFP on time and on budget.
Results
The system was effectively implemented in under 2 weeks and has allowed UCFP to successfully centralize collaboration across the enterprise at a very minimal cost.
