HR systems expertise

Although Whitecap has broad experience working across many different vertical market segments including Professional and Business Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Communications, Retail etc., there is one horizontally (touches all vertical markets) based area of expertise where Whitecap boasts deep experience and specialty skills, that being Human Resource Management (HR).

It is not something necessarily that the company set out to do from the onset, but over the years we have worked more in the area of HR Systems Development than any other single area of concentration. As a result, today, Whitecap truly has a better understanding than most of how HR Departments operate, their specific needs, the systems they require to manage and administer effectively and how these systems inter-operate and integrate with other key systems in the company.
