The end result may be exceptional, while the process that got you there was painful and very costly if in fact your development partner does not have standard refined methodologies for application definition, development, testing and deployment.

Whitecap is a company that very much believes in quality process, as a way to engage in all aspects of a project from design through to implementation, as well as ongoing post deployment support. Process, by definition, is a well defined and proven set of activities and steps to develop the various stages of a project.

It's one thing to talk about process, it's quite another thing to demonstrate it!
