Miele Canada
Following a corporate rebrand, Miele Canada sought to standardize its digital presence and enhance the online shopping experience. They partnered with Whitecap to develop a new e-commerce website aligned with their recently established global design standards.
Whitecap began by building master page templates and defining the styling for global content elements according to brand specifications. From there, we designed custom page layouts using flexible content widgets—components that could be easily integrated, formatted, and styled to accommodate various content needs while maintaining a consistent, modern, and sophisticated user interface that reflects Miele’s commitment to premium design and quality.
Microsite pages were created to spotlight Miele’s high-end domestic appliances, incorporating stylized text, immersive photography, and video. Strategically placed product cards encouraged exploration and streamlined the path to purchase.
To support promotions and improve customer experience, we developed custom product landing pages, integrated delivery location selection, and added stock availability indicators at the product detail level.
The new site also unified Miele’s previously separate mobile, agent, Miele Experience Centre, and Project Business websites into a single, cohesive platform. By leveraging the same content widgets and layout structures, we ensured a seamless, responsive, and consistent user experience across all of Miele Canada’s digital touchpoints.
